Mission Statement -- Fowler White Boggs Banker P.A. strives to be the leader among law firms embracing diversity within the Firm by active recruitment, development, and retention while fostering diverse leadership throughout the Firm.

Goals:  To see and achieve substantial and concrete improvements in each of the below areas by the end of calendar year 2009.

  1. Raise awareness of the benefits of a diverse workforce internally.
  2. To have Fowler White Boggs Banker P.A. recognized as a firm that values and promotes diversity within its workforce and the community.
  3. Actively recruit lawyers, other professionals and staff with diverse characteristics, which include, but are not limited to, characteristics related to age, gender, race, ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability, marital status, economic background and life experiences.
  4. Develop and implement firm wide programs which foster an environment of acceptance and inclusion of individuals with diverse characteristics, and to provide equal opportunities for success for each individual at the Firm.
