Fowler White Boggs has been recognized as a 2013 Platinum Level Fit-Friendly Worksite
by the American Heart Association. Fowler White Boggs was the first Tampa
Bay area company, and one of a handful nationwide, to earn the platinum level
designation - the highest honor from the American Heart Association. The Fit-Friendly Worksites program is a
catalyst for positive change in the American workforce, by helping worksites
make their employees' health and wellness a priority. To achieve the
platinum level status, employers must implement at least nine criteria
outlined by the American Heart Association in the areas of physical activity,
nutrition and wellness culture, as well as demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Fowler
White Boggs is proud to announce that the Firm received a Gold Ranking in the 2012 ‘First Coast
Healthiest Companies’ presented by First Coast Worksite Wellness Council
(FCWWC). As an initiative of Healthy
Jacksonville 2020, the FCWWC’s mission is to improve the health of the First Coast
community by sharing resources and providing guidance through wellness
strategies. The award honors companies
who have shown an increase in workplace awareness, productivity and overall
employee well-being.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal named Fowler White Boggs the Healthiest Employer among companies of its size in the Tampa Bay area for the second consecutive year. As a Firm at the forefront of employee wellness, Fowler White Boggs has created innovative programs that support employees in making decisions towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle both in and out of the office. In 2011, the Firm announced the “Balanced Benefits” program which offers discounts on health insurance premiums for employees who improve their health. Employees are eligible to earn up to $1,200 per year in discounts, which for some means no out of pocket costs for health insurance premiums! Fowler White has also invested in personal health coaches, a Wellness Reimbursement Fund, on-site boot camp, yoga, massage, healthy foods such as “Fruit on Fridays” and an on-site oatmeal bar, employee education and training, and extensive early detection and preventative health services
