“Know Your Numbers” Health Screenings The Firm offers free screenings to measure employees’ blood pressure, glucose, cardiac ratio, and body mass index. Employees can earn significant discounts on their health insurance premiums by participating in the screenings and meeting specific health standards. |

One-on-One Health Coaching The Balanced Benefits program provides employees with health coaching through a team of professionals including registered dieticians, registered nurses and exercise physiologists. All health coaches serve as personal health advocates who provide employees with one-on-one support, motivation and assistance with personal goals. |

Personalized Wellness Portal The Balanced Benefits wellness portal provides employees with 24/7 access to a variety of self-directed programs, tools, educational materials, and health calculators. Some of the tools include, but are not limited to: the Personal Health Assessment, Daily Food Log, Meal Planner, Activity Logs, Exercise Planner, Wellness Workshops and Chat with a Dietician or Trainer feature. |

Wellness Reimbursement Fund Each employee receives an annual wellness reimbursement fund that may be used for purchases made to improve health.
