Fowler White Attorney Lectures on Ethics, Civility, and Professionalism

            Edward M. Waller, Jr., a shareholder with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, recently lectured on The Trial Lawyer’s Ethics, Civility, and Professionalism at the Litigation Institute for Trial Training sponsored by the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and held in Chicago. 

                Mr. Waller is head of the firm’s Class Action/Complex Litigation Team and head of the Health Care Practice Group.  He served as head of the firm’s Business Litigation Department for 18 years. 

                He served as a member of the Executive Committee and the Council of the Litigation Section of the ABA and national chair of its Commercial and Business Litigation Committee.  Mr. Waller is a member of the Florida Supreme Court’s Commission on Professionalism and former chair of the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism.  He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, listed in Best Lawyers in America, and named as a top lawyer in Florida Trend Magazine’s Florida Legal Elite, Chambers USA and Florida Super Lawyers.
