Fowler White Boggs Banker continues to expand its Jacksonville office announcing that James B. Porter has joined the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Mr. Porter is a shareholder and has significant experience in the area of business law and commercial real estate law, with a concentration in commercial leasing, buy/sell transactions, development, financing, condominiums, property management and title insurance. Mr. Porter also has extensive experience in the purchase, sale, financing and management of multi-family and medical real estate.
Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs Banker, Mr. Porter was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel with Montecito Property Company, LLC and Montecito Medical Investment Company, LLC, in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr Porter earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and his B.A. from University of North Florida.
