Four Associates Join Fowler White

Tampa, FL –  Michael C. Bird, Petra L. Justice, Hema A. Persad and Kelly Van Wey have joined the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker as associates. 

Mr. Bird will practice in the firm’s General Trial practice group where he will practice in the area of trial oriented defense litigation, including premises liability, automobile, and general liability claims.   He received his bachelor’s degree cum laude from the University of Florida and his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Ms. Justice will practice in the firm’s Products Liability practice group with a focus on aviation torts, vehicular torts, and construction litigation.  She received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of Florida and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Ms. Persad will practice in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group where she will practice in the areas of contract claims, trusts and estates litigation, creditor’s rights, and general business litigation.  She received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Miami and her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Ms. Van Wey will practice in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group where she will practice in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights.  She received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from The George Washington University and her law degree cum laude from Stetson University College of Law.
