Leadership Positions Announced at Fowler White

        Tampa, FL – At their recent annual meeting, the shareholders of Fowler White Boggs re-elected John D. Emmanuel and Thomas C. Dearing to the Board of Directors.  Mr. Dearing recently served as the Office Managing Shareholder in the Firm’s Jacksonville Office and currently serves as the Office Managing Shareholder of the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.  Mr. Emmanuel will continue to serve as President.    

            The remaining members of the Board of Directors continuing their terms include: Rhea F. Law who will continue to serve as the Firm’s CEO and Chair the Board of Directors, E. Jackson Boggs-Chairman of the Firm, C. Joseph Coleman and William J. Flynn, III.  

            In addition to the board elections, Russell S. Buhite was named to chair the Insurance, Healthcare and Class Action Litigation Practice Group.  Donald R. Kirk was named chair of the Business, Banking, and Insolvency Litigation Group and Tirso M. Carreja was named chair of the Commercial, Property & Probate Litigation Group.
