Fort Myers, FL – Richard Johnston, Jr, an attorney who specializes in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation and commercial landlord/tenant litigation has joined the law firm of Fowler White Boggs as a shareholder in the firm’s Fort Myers office.
Mr. Johnston, a board certified business civil trial attorney will practice in the firm’s Business, Banking and Insolvency Practice Group. Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs, Mr. Johnston was a partner in the office of Kiesel, Hughes & Johnston in Fort Myers. Mr. Johnston received his B.A. from the University of Florida, and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
