Tampa, FL and Jacksonville, FL - Fowler White Boggs is pleased to announce that Jourdan Haynes, Robert Jamieson, Ian Larson, Jennifer L. Prom and Scott Richards have joined the firm as associates.
Jourdan Haynes is an associate in the firm’s Commercial, Property and Probate Litigation Practice Group, and will practice in the firm’s Tampa office. Mr. Haynes will practice in the following areas of law: real estate litigation; general real estate matters; foreclosures; lender liability; property acquisition and development; condominium and planned unit developments; construction and permanent financing; commercial leasing; homeowners associations; and title insurance. He received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Rollins College and his juris doctor degree from Amercian University, Washington College of Law.
Robert Jamieson is an associate in the Securities, Financial Services and White Collar Practice Group, and will practice in the firm’s Tampa Office. He will represent brokerage firms, financial institutions, corporations, and their associated persons in arbitration, litigation in state and federal courts and in investigations and proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies and self-regulatory organizations. Mr. Jamieson received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida and his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Ian Larson is an associate in the firm’s Business, Banking and Insolvency Practice Group, and will pratice in the firm’s Tampa office. Mr. Larson will focus his practice in the areas of business transactional law, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, foreclosures, commercial, corporate and general business litigation. He received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of South Florida and his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
Jennifer L. Prom is an associate in the Business, Banking and Insolvency Litigation Practice Group, and will practice in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Ms. Prom will concentrate her practice in all types of business litigation including disputes involving corporate liability, class actions, contracts, real property, insurance, risk management, warranty, lending institutions, and foreclosures. She received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida and her juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Scott Richards is an associate in the Insurance, Health Care and Class Action Practice Group, and will practice in the firm’s Tampa office. Mr. Richards will handle complex commercial litigation, including class action litigation, in state and federal courts. He received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of South Florida and his juris doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law.
