Tampa and Fort Myers, FL – The law firm of Fowler White Boggs has named Mark C. Anderson, Paul A. Giordano and Kathy Billings Massing shareholders.
Mark C. Anderson practices in the Firm’s Fort Myers office in the Commercial, Property and Probate Litigation Practice Group. He has experience in commercial litigation, international law, construction litigation, lien disputes, enforcement of foreign judgments, contract disputes and first amendment. Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs P.A., he completed a two-year clerkship with the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and he regularly appears on behalf of his clients in Federal court. Mr. Anderson received his B.A. from Messiah College and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
Paul A. Giordano practices in the Firm’s Fort Myers office in the Business, Banking and Insolvency Litigation Practice. He handles a variety of business and commercial litigation, with a special focus on bankruptcy, partnership disputes, foreclosures, landlord tenant disputes, contract and corporate disputes, and the prosecution and defense of both general and professional liability lawsuits. He also has experience in insurance coverage litigation, and jury and non-jury trial practice. Mr. Giordano received his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Kathy Billings Massing practices in the Firm’s Tampa Office in the Insurance, Health Care and Class Action Practice Group. She is experienced in life, health and disability insurance coverage litigation, including ERISA matters and employee benefit litigation. Her practice also includes the defense of agents and brokers regarding sales practices, suitability of annuities, insurance products and life products, and other errors and omissions litigation. Ms. Massing received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Missouri and her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law.
