Russell S. Buhite, a shareholder with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, was elected the Secretary of the Board of Trustees for the Mid-Florida Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Mr. Buhite was also chosen as chair-elect of the Health and Disability Insurance Committee of the American Bar Association, Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS).
Mr. Buhite practices in the firm’s Securities, Financial Services and White Collar Practice Group where he concentrates his practice in the area of life, health and disability insurance coverage litigation, including ERISA matters, defense of agents and brokers regarding sales practices, suitability of annuities and life products, and other errors and omissions litigation.
