Kathy Billings Massing Elected to the Ophelia Project Community Board

Kathy Billings Massing, an associate with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, was elected to the Ophelia Project Community Board.  The Ophelia Project  - Tampa Bay is dedicated to inspiring an emotionally, physically, and socially safe culture for all girls by promoting the best practices in gender-specific youth programs, providing community education and professional training, and coordinating community resources.  Ms. Massing had previously served as a volunteer mentor with the organization. 

Ms. Massing is a member of Fowler White’s Securities, Financial Services and White Collar Practice Group. Her practice involves the representation of brokerage firms and other financial institutions, and their associated persons, in arbitration, litigation, and regulatory and law enforcement proceedings before state and federal agencies and self-regulatory organizations.  She is admitted in Florida and Louisiana.  Ms. Massing received her bachelor’s degree cum laude from the University of Missouri and her law degree cum laude from Tulane University School of Law.
