Thomas C. Dearing, of the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, has been elected Chairperson-elect of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida.
Mr. Dearing is the office managing shareholder of the firm’s Jacksonville office.
