Ms. Elrod practices in the firm’s General Trial Practice Group where she concentrates her practice in the area of defense of first and third party tort and contract claims including auto, property, personal injury, PIP, fraud and general liability claims, as well as prosecution of commercial claims. Ms. Elrod received her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Texas Christian University and her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
Ms. Heller practices in the firm’s Securities, Financial Services and White Collar Practice Group where she represents brokerage firms, financial institutions, corporations, and their associated persons in arbitration, litigation in state and federal courts and in investigations and proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies and self-regulatory organizations. Ms. Heller received her bachelor’s degree cum laude from Florida State University and her law degree cum laude from Stetson University School of Law.
Mr. Hermida II practices in the firm’s General Trial Practice Group where he concentrates his practice in the area of defense of all types of trial oriented litigation including trucking and construction as well as all areas of insurance defense. Mr. Hermida received his bachelor’s degree cum laude from University of Florida and his law degree cum laude from Florida State College of Law.
Ms. Kella practices in the firm’s Securities, Financial Services, White Collar Practice Group where she concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation including representation of insurers on coverage issues and representation of Receivers in SEC enforcement actions. Ms. Kella received her bachelor’s degree with distinction from University of Michigan Ross School of Business and her law degree cum laude from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Mr. Pressley practices in the firm’s Environmental and Land Practice Group where he concentrates his practice in the area of land use, environmental, local government and administrative law, including land use and zoning matters for commercial, industrial and residential development, Developments of Regional Impact and Community Development Districts. Mr. Pressley received his bachelor’s degree from Walsh University, his master’s degree from University of South Florida and his law degree cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law.
Ms. Trehan practices in the firm’s Securities, Financial Services, White Collar Practice Group where she concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, including class action litigation, in state and federal courts.
