Three Associates Join Fowler White
Tampa, FL – Nava Ben-Avraham, Seema Kella and Jason Liu have joined the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker as associates.
Ms. Ben-Avraham practices in the firm’s Technology and Product Liability Practice Group where she will practice in the area of products liability and professional malpractice. Ms. Ben-Avraham received her bachelor’s degree cum laude from the University of Florida, and her law degree cum laude from the University of Florida.
Ms. Kella practices in the firm’s Securities and Financial Services Practice Group where she will practice in the area of securities litigation including representation of insurers on coverage issues and representation of receivers in SEC enforcement actions. Ms. Kella received her bachelor’s degree with distinction from the University of Michigan, her bachelor's of Business Administration degree from University of Michigan Ross School of Business and her law degree cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Mr. Liu practices in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group where he concentrates his practice in the area of federal, state, and international tax, including controversies before the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Liu received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from University of South Florida, his Masters of Business Administration from University of South Florida, his law degree cum laude from University of Miami School of Law, and his Masters of Law in Taxation from University of Miami School of Law.
