Mr. Gibbs has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial matters including corporate acquisitions and mergers, private equity, insurance and banking. Mr. Gibbs has served as an officer and a director of numerous corporations and is currently a director of the Florida Bank Group, is the Chairman of the Board of Florida Bank of Jacksonville.
Mr. Gibbs is a member of the American, Florida, Jacksonville and International Bar Associations. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law.
