David W. Barrett has joined the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker as an associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office.
Mr. Barrett will practice in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group where he will handle commercial and business litigation including disputes involving corporate liability, contracts, real property, insurance, risk management, warranty, lending institutions and foreclosures. He received his B.S. from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. and J.D. from Stetson University. Prior to joining Fowler White, Mr. Barrett was an attorney with the law firm of AndersonGlenn LLC in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
