Mr. Morello’s chapter includes tips for minimizing exposure to antitrust liability and a discussion of recent changes in several areas of antitrust law.

Mr. Morello practices in the firm’s Securities, Financial Services and White Collar Practice Group where he concentrates his practice on securities litigation and regulatory counseling, antitrust litigation and counseling, and other litigation involving financial services and other firms.
