Our Firm's Chairman Emeritus, Jack Boggs, is a former Chairman of the Tax Section of The Florida Bar. Mitchell Horowitz leads our Business Transactions and Corporate Law practice as well as the Tax Group which are both part of the Business Department, and he is past Chair of The Florida Bar Tax Section. Fowler White Boggs Banker's Tax Group is involved in all aspects of federal, state, and local taxation, including advice and counsel in structuring acquisitions, sales, shareholder agreements, and other matters.
