Our Government, Environmental & Land Practice Group provides expert legal advice on all aspects of development of regional impact review and approval including:

Our work routinely includes preparation of all necessary development agreement or proportionate share agreements, development orders, and preparation and processing of any related comprehensive plan amendments and zoning approvals.  We also have considerable experience and expertise in finance tools used for development infrastructure, and have created and represent a significant number of community development districts (CDDs).

The Fowler DRI team includes several former DCA attorneys.  We are very knowledgeable and experienced regarding all aspects of DRI processing by DCA including obtaining clearance letters, and binding letters of vested rights (BLIVRs), modifications to vested rights (BLIMs), and determinations of DRI status (BLIDs).
