The Commercial Practice operates in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and focuses on complex civil litigation. Group lawyers practice in all Florida and federal courts as well as in the courts of numerous states. Specific practice areas within the full Commercial Litigation Group include antitrust and trade regulation, banking, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, business torts, class actions, condominium & homeowners association litigation, construction, corporate disputes, eminent domain and protection of property rights, business torts, lender liability, probate and trust litigation, real estate litigation, and restrictive covenants litigation.
Lawyers in this practice are leaders in bar organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and local bar associations. Many of the lawyers are recognized as preeminent in their area of practice and are often invited to speak and publish in forums such as the Florida Bar Journal, the ABA annual meeting, seminars, national institutes and various law schools and their publications.
