Our lawyers work closely with environmental consultants and experts to minimize and manage environmental liabilities and risks in connection with real estate transactions, redevelopment of contaminated properties and obtaining environmental permits and entitlements.
Our Firm's Environmental Group maintains close working relationships with all environmental regulatory agencies, including the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the Water Management Districts and local and county environmental regulatory agencies. Our Environmental attorneys include former Secretaries from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Department of Community Affairs and the Florida Department of Transportation. Our Environmental lawyers have extensive experience in all areas of state and federal Environmental law, including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, CERCLA, RCRA, FIFRA, TSCA and EPCRA.
