The Fowler White Boggs Banker Aviation Group has extensive experience in all phases of aviation litigation. We represent fixed and rotary wing manufacturers, parts manufacturers, parts suppliers, airlines, airports, private owners, pilots and other crew members, flight schools, FBO's, and maintenance and service facilities. Our experience runs the gamut from defending ADA claims through the defense of manufacturers and owners in multiple death aviation accidents.

Representative clients of the group are United States Aviation Insurance Underwriters, Associated Aviation Underwriters, Phoenix Aviation Managers, Inc., Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines, Learjet, Inc., Bombardier and Bell Helicopter.

The Aviation Group consists of four partners, Robert E. Banker, Richard K. Bowers, Jr., L. Robert Bourgeois and John P. O'Flanagan along with three associates. Mr. Banker was a former USAF Pilot. Mr. Bowers was an instructor at the Air Force Academy. Mr. Bourgeois and Mr. O'Flanagan have successfully handled a wide variety of aviation claims in state and federal court involving personal injuries and wrongful death as well as property damage.
