Fowler White Boggs has been a leader in Florida’s growth for decades. We represent some of the pioneers in green development and building throughout the state. We work closely with the Department of Community Affairs, which manages issues affecting Florida's communities, as well as the local governments and regional and statewide agencies who participate in the review processes.
We serve our clients by educating and assisting them with all of their “green” needs. As attorneys, we assist our developer clients in gaining LEED and Florida Green Building Coalition “green” certification for their projects. We also assist clients in obtaining energy efficient and sustainable incentives from local governments.
Fowler White Boggs has partnered with WTSP Tampa Bay’s 10, the CBS affiliate in the Tampa Bay market, on a “Living Green” initiative. We are committed to educating the public on the importance of conserving the environment for future generations.
