Fowler White Boggs’s Construction Industry Team has a statewide construction practice representing private and public owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers in a broad range of construction matters. We assist our clients in all aspects of construction issues from land use to contract issues to dispute resolution. As a result of the team approach, we have the attorneys with the expertise to assist our clients in related areas such as regulatory and environmental issues, real estate transactions, and labor and employment.
The Team has a wide range of experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and non-binding arbitration. However, if necessary, we also have significant experience in prosecuting or defending claims, both in federal and state courts and before an arbitration panel. Our attorneys are experienced in a wide range of matters from multi-million dollar construction deficiency claims, delay claims and contractual issues, to filing or defending lien issues.
