Fowler White Boggs Banking and Financial Services Team is an integration of transactional, banking and litigation talent from several practice areas. Because banking and financial services law issues often require the knowledge and experience situated in many of our traditional practice areas, attorneys with concentrations in banking, litigation, finance and securities transactions work together to provide comprehensive legal services to our banking industry clients.
We represent clients in banking transactional matters relating to public and private offerings, acquisitions and sales, reporting requirements and compliance issues. Fowler White Boggs routinely serves as issuer, underwriter, bond and special counsel in connection with financings, acquisitions and mergers. We also advise clients regarding issues under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. In addition, our securities litigators represent clients before all Florida and federal courts and arbitration panels in matters involving a variety of securities issues. Our business litigators handle lender liability and all other types of banking litigation.
