Fort Lauderdale, FL – Fowler White Boggs continues to expand its Fort Lauderdale office announcing that Shari B. Olefson has joined the firm’s Business Transactions and Corporate Law Practice Group.
Ms. Olefson is highly regarded for her skills as a complex business and commercial real estate mediator, as well as her acumen negotiating special asset purchases and sales. She is one of only a handful of lawyers in the state who is a Florida Bar Certified Real estate attorney, has earned a Master of Law degree in Real Property, Land Development and Finance and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator. Since 1989, Ms. Olefson’s practice has focused on real estate, business transactions and advising clients on how to resolve the disputes that sometimes result from transactions and business relationships, including complex business and real estate mediation, work-outs and foreclosures. She received her B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University, her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and her Master of Laws (L.L.M.) from the University of Miami and is a member of the Florida, New York and District of Columbia Bars.
