Advice for Employers During These Times of Downsizing
The economic recession has forced many companies to downsize. John Robinson, head of Fowler White's Employment Practice, offered advice in an article published on May 18, 2009 in the St. Petersburg Times. He expressed, "Most employers want to do the right thing when they must shed workers."
