Tampa, FL – Rena Upshaw-Frazier, an associate with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs, has been selected co-chair of the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section and will serve a two year term. The Hillsborough County Bar Association is a non-profit professional association with over 3,700 members. Established in 1846, the HCBA works with attorneys in public practice in all areas of law, government, corporate attorneys, paralegals, student members and all judges.
Ms. Frazier practices law in the areas of real estate litigation; general real estate matters; foreclosures; lender liability; property acquisition and development; condominium and planned unit developments; construction and permanent financing; commercial leasing; homeowners associations; title insurance; eminent domain; inverse condemnation and telecommunication litigation and leasing. Her clients include banks, lending institutions, telecommunications companies and real property developers. She received her B.S., cum laude, from the University of South Florida and her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
