Jacksonville, FL - Eric J. Holshouser, a shareholder with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs, has been elected chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar and will serve a one year term beginning July 1, 2009. The mission of the Labor & Employment Law Section is to serve and support their members and others by providing continuing legal education, leadership and networking opportunities and promoting professionalism.
Mr. Holshouser practices in the firm’s Employment Practice Group where he concentrates his practice in all aspects of labor and employment law, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour, health and safety, employee benefits, non-compete, trade secret and wrongful discharge law, as well as legal matters involving union-company relations. He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law and is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers and Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
