Shari Olefson, shareholder and author of, "Foreclosure Nation: Mortgaging the American Dream," was quoted in an article entitled “Retail industry braces for shopping center collapse.” The article covers how the commercial retail segment is bracing for a bust that could cause even more damage to the local economy than the housing collapse.
