Fort Lauderdale, FL – Fowler White Boggs continues to expand its Fort Lauderdale office announcing that Arnold M. Zipper has joined the firm’s Business Transactions and Corporate Law Practice Group.
Mr. Zipper represents public and privately held corporations engaged in underwritten public offerings and private placement transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and secured financing transactions. He also serves as outside general counsel to emerging growth, health care and technology corporations.

Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs, Mr. Zipper was a partner with Hodgson Russ in Boca Raton, FL. He earned his B.A. from Harvard University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
