Tirso M. Carreja, Jr. is a shareholder and the Commercial, Property and Probate Litigation Practice Group Leader. He practices in the following areas of law: real estate litigation; general real estate matters; foreclosures; lender liability; property acquisition and development; condominium and planned unit developments; construction and permanent financing; commercial leasing; homeowners associations; title insurance; eminent domain; inverse condemnation and telecommunication litigation and leasing. Mr. Carreja represents banks, lending institutions, telecommunications companies and real property developers. He is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He received his B.S.E.E. from the University of Central Florida and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law.
Jennifer G. Roeper is a shareholder in the International and Immigration Practice Group. Ms. Roeper concentrates her practice in the area of immigration, and handles all aspects of immigration law including temporary visa processing, applications for permanent residence and naturalization. She assists corporate clients in maintaining compliance with U.S. immigration laws, and serves as counsel for clients facing deportation from the United States. Ms. Roeper is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by The Florida Bar. She received her B.A. from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus and her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.
