Tampa, FL - Fowler White Boggs is proud to announce that for the third consecutive year Ceci Berman has been recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as a 2009 “Up and Coming” attorney. The selection process was determined by previous Legal Elite winners, representing different practice areas in cities across the state. Florida Bar members were asked to nominate lawyers who they thought best exhibited leadership in the law and in their local communities. Eligible attorneys have practiced law for no more than 10 years or are less than 40 years of age.
Ceci Berman is a shareholder in the Appellate Practice. She is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Appellate Practice, and she handles all aspects of federal and state appeals. She is currently a member of the Florida Bar’s Appellate Court Rules Committee, and she sits on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Appellate Practice Section. Ms. Berman is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She received her B.A., With Honors from the University of Florida and her J.D. from The Georgetown University Law Center.
