The Mergers, Acquisitions and Buyout Practice Group was specifically noted for its work in the health care sector, including negotiating and closing a wide array of transactions including purchases, sales and mergers of physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, assisted living facilities, home health agencies and other health care entities.
