Fort Lauderdale, FL – Fowler White Boggs has announced that Terrence Russell has been named managing shareholder of the Fort Lauderdale office.

Mr. Russell is double Board Certified in Civil Trial and Business Litigation Law. He specializes in complex commercial litigation including foreclosures, anti-trust, securities and product liability defense. Terry currently represents Anheuser-Busch, and has represented General Motors, Nissan, BMW, 3M Corporation, Merrill Lynch and other Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Russell is a past President of The Florida Bar and is recognized not just in south Florida but statewide as an outstanding business/commercial litigator. His contributions to the legal profession as well as his leadership of The Florida Bar are known and respected by all. Mr. Russell received the 2008 Medal of Honor from The Florida Bar Foundation.
