Donald Kirk Elected President of Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association

Tampa, Florida -- Donald R. Kirk, a shareholder with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs, has been elected President of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association and will serve a one year term.
Mr. Kirk practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the area of bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, partnership disputes, and contract disputes.
