Keith Appleby Receives AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell

       Tampa, FL - The law firm of Fowler White Boggs is pleased to announce that Keith T. Appleby received an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

       Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review process that rates lawyers. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings fall into two categories – legal ability and general ethical standards. The AV Rating is the highest rating an attorney can receive.

       Keith T. Appleby is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. He has experience in bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, foreclosures, commercial, corporate and general business litigation.  Mr. Appleby received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida, his graduate certificate in Retail Bank Management from the Consumer Bankers Association at the University of Virginia, his M.B.A. from Stetson University and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.  Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs, Mr. Appleby was a federal judicial intern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida.
