Tampa, FL - Edward M. Waller, Jr., a shareholder with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs, recently lectured on “The Trial Lawyer’s Ethics, Civility, and Professionalism” at the 4th annual Litigation Institute for Trial Training sponsored by the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association in Chicago on July 9-10.
Mr. Waller is a shareholder in the Insurance, Health Care and Class Action Practice Group. His practice encompasses commercial litigation, class actions, health care litigation, lender liability, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights generally. Mr. Waller has tried lender liability cases, fraud cases, contract cases, class action cases and other business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
He served as a member of the Executive Committee and the Council of the Litigation Section of the ABA and national chair of its Commercial and Business Litigation Committee. Mr. Waller is a member of the Florida Supreme Court’s Commission on Professionalism and former chair of the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, listed in Best Lawyers in America, and named as a top lawyer in Florida Trend Magazine’s Florida Legal Elite, Chambers USA and Florida Super Lawyers.
