Jacksonville, FL – Fowler White Boggs is pleased to announce that Rema Awad, Kyle Sawicki and Kristen Wenger have joined the Firm’s Jacksonville office as associates.
Rema Awad practices in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Her focus is on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs, Ms. Awad served as in-house counsel for PARC Management, LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Awad also has significant experience in intellectual property law including trademarks and copyrights. She also serves as outside general counsel to emerging technology and entertainment companies. Admitted to practice in Florida and California, she received her B.A. from the University of California and her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Kyle Sawicki also practices in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. His focus is on corporate law, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Sawicki is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He received his B.S. in engineering from Ohio State University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Kristen Wenger practices in the Firm’s Class Action Litigation Practice Group. Her focus is on class actions and other complex commercial litigation. Ms. Wenger received her B.A. from the University of Georgia and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
