Fort Myers, FL –Marilyn W. Miller has joined the law firm of Fowler White Boggs as a shareholder in the Environmental and Land Use Practice Group in its Fort Myers office. Ms. Miller previously served as the Assistant City Attorney in the Cape Coral Attorney's Office, where she wrote many of the regulations in place today. Her multi-disciplinary practice involves employment law, real estate, land development, ethics and contract law, public records law and administrative law.

Ms. Miller has represented the Lee County School Board in personal injury defense and contract litigation, collective bargaining, condemnation and employment matters. She has participated in the complete rewrite of the Lee County Land Development Code; provided legal representation in zoning litigation and administrative hearings; drafted ordinances and resolutions; provided advice concerning Municipal Service Taxing Units.
Ms. Miller received her B.A., from St. Lawrence University and her J.D., from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and the United States Courts of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
