Jacksonville, FL - Michael J. Lufkin has joined the law firm of Fowler White Boggs as an associate in the Employment Law Practice Group in its Jacksonville office.
Michael J. Lufkin concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, focusing on matters involving allegations of sexual harassment, disability discrimination, FMLA violations, race and national origin discrimination, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage and hour and wage payment laws.
Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs, Mr. Lufkin was an associate with the law firm of St. Denis & Davey, P.A., in Jacksonville. He earned his B.A. from Rowan University and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. Lufkin is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
