Fowler White Announces New Shareholders

    Tampa, FL – The law firm of Fowler White Boggs has named Christina M. Johnson-Boyce, Michael S. Lamont, Jennifer G. Roeper and Julie Simone Sneed shareholders. 

    Ms. Johnson-Boyce practices in the Firm’s Tampa office in the Real Estate Practice Group where she concentrates her practice in the area of general real estate matters; property acquisition and development; public finance, construction and permanent financing; commercial leasing; condominium and planned unit developments; homeowners associations; ad valorem tax appeals; ad valorem exemptions; greenbelt petitions; documentary stamp taxes and non-recurring intangibles taxes and title insurance.  She received her B.A., With Honors, from the University of Florida and her J.D., With Honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. 

    Mr. Lamont practices in the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale office in the Securities and Financial Services Litigation Practice Group and concentrates his practice on representation of brokerage firms, financial institutions, corporations, and their associated persons in arbitration, litigation in state and federal courts and investigations and proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies and self-regulatory organizations. He received his B.S., With Honors, from the University of Florida and his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and his master of laws (L.L.M.), with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center.

    Ms. Jennifer Roeper practices in the Firm’s Tampa office in the International and Immigration Practice Group.  Ms. Roeper concentrates her practice in the area of immigration, and handles all aspects of immigration law including temporary visa processing, applications for permanent residence and naturalization.  She assists corporate clients in maintaining compliance with U.S. immigration laws, and serves as counsel for clients facing deportation from the United States.  She received her B.A. from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus and her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.

    Ms. Sneed practices in the Firm’s Tampa office in the Securities and Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Sneed’s practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.  She has assisted in the defense of multi-state class actions involving a wide range of claims.  She has also participated in the defense of major commercial litigation matters.  Ms. Sneed is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  She received her B.S. from the University of Florida and her J.D., With Honors, from Florida State University College of Law.
