Fowler White Boggs Wins Award For Support of Women

Tampa, FL – Fowler White Boggs has been recognized as the Company Most Supportive of Women in Business by the Tampa/St. Petersburg chapter of the eWomenNetwork. The award honors the firm for its unique dedication to, and support of, women in business. “Our firm is deeply honored to have won this award,” said firm CEO and president Rhea Law. Among the first law firms in Florida to hire female lawyers, beginning in the early 1940s, Fowler White Boggs is today the only major firm in Tampa Bay led by a woman. This is the inaugural year for the award, which was presented at a recent ceremony recognizing the fifth anniversary of the Tampa/St. Petersburg chapter of the eWomenNetwork. eWomenNetwork, founded nine years ago by Sandra Yancey, is an international women’s organization with more than 114 chapters and more than 15,000 women in North America.

Fowler White Boggs is one of Florida’s oldest and largest law firms, with more than 130 attorneys in five offices throughout Florida in Tampa, Ft. Myers, Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale.
