Tampa, FL – Matthew J. Zipay has joined the law firm of Fowler White Boggs as an associate in the Wealth Preservation, Trusts and Estates Practice Group in its Tampa office.
Mr. Zipay concentrates his practice on the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. He has significant experience drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care directives, financial powers of attorney and other estate planning instruments. Mr. Zipay also has experience representing personal representatives and trustees throughout the administration process.
Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs, Mr. Zipay was an associate with the law firm of Quarles & Brady, in Naples, Florida. He received his B.B.A., cum laude, from Ohio University, and both his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Miami School of Law.
