Fort Myers, FL - Fowler White Boggs is proud to announce that Denise L. Wheeler, Managing Shareholder of the Fort Myers Office, has been appointed to serve a three year term on the Grievance Committee for the Fort Myers Division of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Wheeler is a member of the Employment Law Practice Group. She has experience in management representation in all types of federal and state employment litigation and before administrative agencies involving discrimination law, employment contracts, employee benefits (ERISA), union/management matters, minimum and overtime wage issues, OSHA matters, and general personnel matters. She counsels management in preventive measures, liability avoidance, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Ms. Wheeler is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She received her B.S. from the University of South Florida and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
