Tampa, FL – At their recent annual meeting, the shareholders of Fowler White Boggs re-elected Rhea F. Law and C. Joseph Coleman to the Board of Directors for a 3 year term. Ms. Law practices in the firm’s Tampa office and Mr. Coleman practices in the Fort Myers office.
The Board of Directors re-elected Rhea F. Law as Chair of the Board and CEO, and elected C. Joseph Coleman as President of the Firm. Jeffrey C. Shannon of the firm’s Tampa office was appointed to serve a 2 year term on the Board of Directors.
The remaining directors continuing their terms include Thomas C. Dearing and William J. Flynn. E. Jackson Boggs will continue to serve as Chairman of the Firm.
The Board of Directors also named Robert G. Riegel of the Jacksonville office as co-chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group, and Ted R. Tamargo of the Tampa office as co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group.
