Rhea F. Law is Chair of the Board and CEO of Fowler White Boggs P.A. and a member of the Government, Environmental and Land Practice. Ms. Law handles acquisitions, permitting, environmental representation, land use and zoning matters with specific emphasis on commercial, industrial, residential, acquisitions and general counsel for Community Development Districts. She prepares applications for and amendments to Development Orders for Developments of Regional Impact, Florida Quality Developments and establishment and operation of Community Development Districts.
Linda Loomis Shelley is a shareholder and statewide practice chair of the Business Department. She has experience in environmental and land permitting before state, regional and local entities and provides advice and assistance regarding Florida administrative practice and litigation. Ms. Shelley was formerly the General Counsel for Governor Bob Graham and for the Department of Community Affairs, where she later served as Secretary. She was the Chief of Staff for Governor Lawton Chiles and for Treasurer Bill Nelson.
