Buhite was a contributing author to the 11th Circuit Chapter of the ERISA Survey of the Federal Circuits, 2010 Edition, published by the American Bar Association, January, 2010. This book is a summary of ERISA litigation in all federal circuits and is the third edition of the book.
Russell S. Buhite is the Insurance, Health Care and Class Action Litigation Practice Group Leader. He is experienced in life, health and disability insurance coverage litigation, including ERISA matters. His practice also includes the defense of agents and brokers regarding sales practices, suitability of annuities and life products, and other errors and omissions litigation. Mr. Buhite is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Rice University and his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
