Fort Myers, FL - Fowler White is pleased to announce that Paul Giordano has been elected Vice-President of Coastal Conservation Association Florida (CCA Florida) and appointed Chairman of the Legal Committee. CCA Florida is a statewide, nonprofit marine conservation organization working in an advocacy role to protect the state’s marine resources and the interests of saltwater anglers. Comprised of 28 local chapters from Pensacola to Key West, CCA Florida supports strong, resource-based law enforcement, access to the resource for recreational fishing, and strong and fairly-balanced fishery regulations to protect state and federal fish stocks. CCA Florida is one of 17 state chapters of the Coastal Conservation Association.
Mr. Giordano is a shareholder in the Business, Banking and Insolvency Litigation Practice. He handles a variety of business and commercial litigation, with a special focus on bankruptcy, partnership disputes, foreclosures, landlord tenant disputes, contract and corporate disputes, and the prosecution and defense of both general and professional liability lawsuits. He also has experience in insurance coverage litigation, and jury and non-jury trial practice. Mr. Giordano received his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
